Message and with these relatively small ports and valve seats you need to use small cutting head (3/16" to 1/4") carbide burs. My choice of shape is the egg shaped head to allow back-cutting on an inside radius.

The final sanding is done with ordinary cartridge rolls and an air die-grinder.
